SHGD0102型高速精密絡(luò)筒機(jī)

SHGD0102型高速精密絡(luò)筒機(jī)是借鑒國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)絡(luò)筒技術(shù)，結(jié)合國內(nèi)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)情況開發(fā)的全新機(jī)型。該機(jī)充分體現(xiàn)了機(jī)電一體化的內(nèi)涵，改變了傳統(tǒng)的錠箱、咸形的機(jī)械傳動(dòng)方式，做到使用可靠，操作簡便，維修方便。該機(jī)的特點(diǎn)是卷裝容量大，速度高，成形好，配有電子計(jì)長裝置，張力補(bǔ)償裝置。
　　該機(jī)采用單錠獨(dú)立變頻調(diào)速，導(dǎo)絲往復(fù)機(jī)構(gòu)采用伺服電機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)完成。可在參數(shù)范圍內(nèi)通過人機(jī)對話形式自由控制卷繞密度及無級調(diào)遭，可做松式染色筒子和經(jīng)紗、緯紗或針織高速退介筒子。可單錠或整機(jī)設(shè)置所需的工藝要求及卷裝形式，也可顯示單錠即時(shí)狀態(tài)，如卷裝直徑、長度、線速度、累計(jì)時(shí)間和故障狀態(tài)等。
