PY909 absorbed the advantage of similar product aboard of the 90s,but it also has special characters, especially suitable for melt pressure measurement and control, and other grid fluctuation place, it has a beautiful exterior, compete function and excellent anti-jamming performance that makes system stable and reliable. It uses two rows of 4 bit digital tube to display actually pressure value and set value. Output windows single row barcode display power, top and low limit alarm can drive relays output voltage pulse, two-way SCR drives trigger permanent voltage(or current) output, auto panel debugging program, one button to calibration; the regulator chooses three immunity measures to make regulator stable working: first, adopting electric-light isolated circuit to separate input and micro processor, output separates with microprocessor, power source isolates with input, microprocessor, output; second, using immunity measure to make sure software can work stably; third, using hardware to monitoring system to ensure system resume after interference. It is indicated that this design makes the system highly independent. Output power is synchronous PID, combined with fuzzy control, which makes manually control and auto control switch without interference. Py909 smart pressure PID regulator is a new type auto-control industry meter, it absorbs advantages of the 90s oversea similar product, beside it has its own character, especially suitable for measuring and control the melt pressure, it also suitable for fluctuate grid place. This product has a nice exterior, complete function, fabulous ant-interference feature; all that makes it can perfectly work.

Top display:show actual pressure, while modifying inner parameter, it shows parameter code.
Below display: on the auto condition, it shows pressure, while manual control condition, it shows output power, when modifying inner parameter, it shows parameter value.
Below display:single line code display output value, if only one bit flicker, it shows output power limit value.
AC: zero clearing ( press with convert key for 5 seconds can reset, scilicet is before check )

Ⅰ:Usage:
一、meter and sensor connection:
1(A)……S+ signal+(blue)
2(C)……E+ press calibration+(red)
3(B)……S- signal-(black)
4(D、E)……E- press calibration-(yellow)
5(F)……C check(green)
Sensor plug connection way:
Link each leads to interface of backward (has been marked), shielded cable connected to earth.

Ⅲ,boot:
Connecting to charge, pressure meter starts to self check, PV display shows range value, SV display shows checking condition and min resolution. When SV display’s hundreds digit and thousands digit print SC, it means system is linear measuring, if SV display prints EC that means system working on nonlinear condition(this function is reserved, haven’t achieved),the unit of SV print the actual min of resolution(1,2,5 )any to choose, refer to backward inner parameter setting).
Ⅳ,working condition of measurement:
Top display shows pressure measuring value, below display shows present manual power value, if there is temperature or time drift, you can press AC, other hand press transform key, if you have cleared the right value, press AC for 5 seconds can restore the value before. Press add value key to add manual output power, on the contrary, press subtract value key, manual output power decrease, PV display value of pressure decrease, OUT display value along SV. While PV display value approaching max control value, press M/A key, system switch to auto control condition, at the same time, MAN lamp goes out, OUT display shows PID output power on auto condition.
Ps:if OUT display has one code flickering, it means the present value is max PID output power. When PID output power similar to max value, the lamp will go out.
Ⅴ, SV setting value and modification mode:
1,press transform key to enter to modification mode, then you can modify SV setting value, each time to modify setting value condition. SV display’s unit code flicker first, By press shift key, you can quickly setting SV value. After that, convert must be pressed, the setting effect.PW909 meter’s SV is auto set.
2,no operation taken for 1 minute, system will turn back to PV/SV condition, new value won’t effect.
Ⅵ, inner parameter adjust condition:
1.on SV value setting condition, press shift key for 5 seconds or more, system will enter inner parameter-modifying condition.
2. Each time to press shift key, inner parameters will be recalled properly, PV display shows inner parameter code. SV display shows present setting parameter.
3.using convert key, subtract value key, add value key can modifying present setting parameter.
4. Press convert key to store new setting parameter and recall the next parameter.
5. Press convert key for more than 5 seconds, or no operation taken for 1 minute, system will auto convert from inner parameter modifying condition into PV/SV display condition.
6. Pressing “→” convert key and AV together to zero-clear can zero-clear. Singly pressing AC for 5 seconds can recall the latest actual measuring pressure value.
7. Pressing convert key together with checking key to auto check(refer to the first chapter of pressure calibration).
System pressure calibration:
System pressure self zero-calibration: first, connect melt sensor to PW909 smart regulator referring to instruction, simultaneously connect to 220VAC,system starts to self-check after booting, at the same time ,if you press Cal key ,and convert key, system enters to totally auto-self check, checking lamp flickers, convert key should be pressed until checking finished, system back to working condition.
the flowing should be noticed: LCK parameter must be set 0 before self checking, otherwise, there is no responding of pressing Cal and convert key. The function is design for protecting system from miss manual operation. Range parameter(“RN”) must set when the pressure of sensor probes is zero
Notice:
1.collision of sensor probes should be avoid, screwing the productive cap when store.
2.Store it in dry condition;
3.the regular must working under rated voltage, otherwise unpredicted mistakes would occur.
4.if temperature drift too much, pressing AC key and convert key can zero adjust, if miss operated, press AC for 5seconds can recall the homoeothermic checking zero.
Repair:
1.the digital display shows 88.88 or——、——;generally it is the conduct wires of sensor disconnected or poor connected, reconnecting can solve.
2.no display of number, check the 220vAC whether connected, if not, checking the switch whether goes through.
3.number changes:generally earth wire is poor connected,reconnected can solve.
4. We provide component change, like power source board, cupboard, display board if it has serious problem caused by customers’ miss operation.
