前言
布的品質(zhì)因定型機(jī)性能優(yōu)劣影響很大,和歌山鐵(株)公司於1954年製造第一臺(tái)定型機(jī)以來,累積了數(shù)百臺(tái)的生產(chǎn)實(shí)績和經(jīng)驗(yàn),不段的研究開發(fā),並為了適應(yīng)加工布種多樣化的需求,而設(shè)計(jì)出HI-ECHO 2000電腦化高速定型機(jī),推出後廣受日本染整業(yè)的肯定,今與東陽精機(jī)技術(shù)合作,並將此機(jī)械之製作技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移,以利市場推廣。
HI-ECHO 2000擁有最新的電腦自動(dòng)化裝置,以優(yōu)異的程式控制,使被處理布的品質(zhì)穩(wěn)定,而設(shè)置在入口箱上部的觸控螢?zāi)徊僮鞅P(TOUCHPANEL)操作便利,簡單易學(xué),全新設(shè)計(jì)的軌道使機(jī)械的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)速度可達(dá)150m/min.,高速平穩(wěn),堅(jiān)固耐用。
PREFACE:
The fabric quality depends a lot on the finishing; the capability and performance of the stenter machine plays a key role. In 1954, Wakayama company is Japan built their first stenter machine. Since then, they have built thousands of stenters, acuminated with almost half a century of stenter manufacturing experience; and also by working closely and continuously with and users, integrating their reactions and comments into research and development, Wakayama have finally come out with their latest design "HI-ECHO 2000" high speed computerized, fully integrated versatile stenter to meet the demands of the high standard Japanese finishers for both knits and woven fabric.
It is now the most widely accepted, most recommended, and reliable stenter in Japan. In order to increase the production and to enter into the highly competitive global market, Wakayama has entered an agreement with Tung Yang machine Industry Co., Ltd. Taiwan to produce the "HI-ECHO 2000" more efficiently in Taiwan and to transfer the know-how and technology to Tung Yang.
"HI-ECHO 2000" is a fully automatic and computerized stenter, utilizing the latest TOUCH PANEL computer technology at the main control panel to ensure easy operation and simplify maintenance procedure. The all new designed chain railing and feeding system allows fabric-processing speed up to 250meters per minute, yet without comprising quality, stability and durability.

BASIC OPERATION AND AUTOMATION
?Feeding and ober-feeding speeds are digitally displayed on the TOUCH PANEL and can
be switched to auto-run or manual by-pass mode.
?Fabric width is set and displayed digitally and will run automatically.
?Machine speed is set and displayed digitally and will run in AUTO mode.
?Circulation fans speed and air velocity runs in AUTO mode.
?Exhaust fans speed and volume of air exchanged to run in AUTO mode.
?Exit section fabric cooling fan and air velocity to run in AUTO mode.
?Hot air chamber temperature setting to run and regulated in AUTO mode.
?Auto detection mode showing cause of stoppage and location of problem for immediate
remedy action.
?Auto recording of settings, can be recalled, edited and modified at anytime. Thus,
allowing a relative in-experienced finisher to operate the machine and yet be able to
achieve the consistent quality finishing.

TOUCH PANEL CONTROL AND DISPLAY
The overall operation of the "HI-ECHO 2000" is controlled and displayed at the TOUCH PANEL, including running speed, each hot air chamber temperature and velocity of air circulation, individual exhaust fan speed and air volume exchanged etc. all are displayed on the TOUCH PANEL screen, It can easily be programmed to run at different settings or to record the established setting for later use. Identical setting can be recalled and repeated easily when the same style of fabric is being processed to achieve consistent quality. The TOUCH PANEL can record the over all time of operation, daily operation and intermittent stoppage for production control. It can display multi language at the choice of the end users. |
