作用：本機(jī)是將充分開松及混合的原料通過定量給棉，由一高速運轉(zhuǎn)的錫林打擊以及通過風(fēng)機(jī)氣流的吹吸，使運動的棉在受負(fù)壓的塵籠上吸附，夾持輸出后便成所需產(chǎn)品。 結(jié)構(gòu)：斜簾→水平簾→給棉羅拉→錫林→風(fēng)機(jī)→上下坐籠→輸出簾。 特征：本機(jī)成網(wǎng)過程采用變速風(fēng)機(jī)循環(huán)氣流，因而克重范圍比較大，根據(jù)工藝需要（如熱固型），在水平簾上方可加撒粉裝置，可定量添加低熔點的高聚物粉末。
